Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled and refunded before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please wait for your package to arrive before initiating a return.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase! We accept returns within 30 business days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Steps for Returning an Item:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us through our website, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  2. Follow Return Instructions: After receiving our return instructions, package the item(s) securely in their original packaging.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted). After passing the preliminary verification for returns, you can download a free waybill from our page, print it, and use it to ship the return parcel for free.

  4. Processing Time: Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your package.

Return Conditions

You have 30 business days to decide if your item is right for you. If you wish to return or exchange it, please contact us within this timeframe.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect items or quality issues), we will issue a full refund.
  • If the return is initiated by the buyer (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), a full refund will still be provided.
  • No restocking fees will be charged for returned products.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@getmor.shop. The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

If you’re shipping an item worth over $70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Return Address

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@getmor.shop. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
